- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆2017-09-25, by R EdwardsIt's unfortunately gone down hill since a very good manager left. The hygeine standards have fallen dramatically and the newer staff can be quite rude. The dynamics have gone from what appeared to be a happy working enviroment to one of stress and overworked staff that reflects unfortunately with the atmosphere. As a result I now drink elsewhere in the town centre and save my Costa trips for different stores like New Romney.
